What are your store hours?
We're open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Hours may vary on holidays, so please call ahead if you're planning to visit during a holiday period.
Do I need to be 21 to shop at Stardust Smoke?
Yes, you must be at least 21 years old to enter our store and purchase any products. We strictly enforce age verification and will require a valid government-issued photo ID before entry. This applies to all tobacco, vape, hookah, and related products as required by Nevada law.
Where are you located?
We're located at 8200 S Maryland Pkwy Suite 110, Las Vegas, NV 89123. We're conveniently situated on Maryland Parkway with ample parking available. Our shop is easily accessible from major highways and serves the greater Las Vegas area including Henderson and surrounding communities.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Glass pieces and custom items are final sale. Defective products can be exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase. Please bring your receipt and original packaging for all returns.
What types of products do you carry?
We offer a comprehensive selection including premium hookahs and shisha tobacco, vape devices and e-liquids, high-quality glass pieces and water pipes, smoking accessories, rolling papers, grinders, lighters, and cleaning supplies. All our products are sourced from trusted manufacturers and meet quality standards.
Do you carry authentic products?
Absolutely! We only stock authentic, quality products from reputable manufacturers. We work directly with authorized distributors to ensure you receive genuine items. If you have concerns about product authenticity, our knowledgeable staff can verify and provide manufacturer information.
Can you help me choose the right hookah?
Yes! Our experienced staff loves helping customers find the perfect hookah for their needs. We'll discuss your preferences for size, style, number of hoses, and budget. Whether you're a beginner or experienced hookah enthusiast, we'll guide you to the right choice and explain proper setup and maintenance.
Do you offer hookah setup and cleaning services?
While we don't offer in-store cleaning services, our staff provides free expert advice on proper hookah setup, maintenance, and cleaning techniques. We sell all the cleaning supplies you'll need and can demonstrate the best practices to keep your hookah in perfect condition.
Can I place a special order for a specific product?
Yes, we're happy to help with special orders! If we don't currently stock an item you're looking for, we can check with our distributors. Special orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive. A deposit may be required for certain items. Contact us or visit the store to discuss your specific needs.
How does the loyalty program work?
Our loyalty program rewards you for every visit! Simply check in at the store using your unique QR code or phone number. You'll earn points with each visit that can be redeemed for discounts and exclusive perks. The more you visit, the more you save. It's completely free to join!
How do I join the loyalty program?
Joining is easy! Visit our Loyalty page on the website or ask any staff member in-store. You'll receive a unique QR code that you can save to your phone. Show your code at checkout during each visit to earn points. There's no app to download – just save your QR code and start earning rewards!
What rewards can I earn?
Loyalty members earn points for every check-in that unlock tiered rewards including percentage discounts on purchases, early access to new products, exclusive deals and promotions, birthday bonuses, and invitations to member-only events. The more points you accumulate, the better the rewards!
Do loyalty points expire?
Points remain active as long as you visit at least once every 6 months. If your account is inactive for more than 6 months, points will expire. We'll send reminder notifications before points expire so you don't lose your rewards. Regular visits keep your account active!
What types of events do you host?
We regularly host hookah appreciation nights, new product launches and demonstrations, educational workshops on vape technology, glass blowing demonstrations with local artists, and community gatherings for enthusiasts. Do I need to register for events?
Some events require pre-registration due to limited capacity, especially workshops and demonstrations. Others are open to walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis. Each event listing on our Events page specifies registration requirements. We recommend registering early for popular events as they fill up quickly!
Are your events age-restricted?
Yes, all events are 21+ only, just like our store. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry to any event. This policy applies to all attendees regardless of whether they plan to purchase products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. For your convenience, we also have an ATM on-site.
Do you price match?
We strive to offer competitive pricing and may match prices from local authorized retailers on identical products. Price matching requires proof of the competitor's current price (advertisement or screenshot) and the item must be in stock at both locations. Some exclusions apply, and final determination is at store management's discretion.
Is there parking available?
Yes! We have ample free parking directly in front of our store in the shopping center lot. Parking is easily accessible and convenient for all our customers. Accessible parking spaces are also available near the entrance.
Can I order products online for pickup?
Currently, we operate as an in-store only shop to ensure you get personalized service and expert guidance with your purchases. We're exploring online ordering options for the future.
